With filming of Spider-man underway this month, Emma Stone is now showing off her blonde locks for her Gwen Stacy character. At one stage it was assumed her red hair would see her play the role of Mary Jane but that turned out not to be the case with no word of that character being in this movie. Its a little strange seeing her as this color when she rose to fame as a red head. Her natural color is blonde though she switched for the movie Superbad. It must be good for her to finally go blonde as constantly dying her hair would have to be a nuisance and potentially damaging.
The snaps were taken on the red carpet for Trevor Live at the Hollywood Palladium Sunset Blvd on Sunday December 5. The Trevor Project honors individuals and corporations for their positive commitment to increase visibility and understanding of the LGBTQ community with an evening of irreverent comedy, music and awards.
In the Spider-man reboot Emma plays opposite Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, along with Sally Field as Aunt May, Martin Sheen as Uncle Ben, Rhys Ifans as Lizard/Dr. Curt Connors, Denis Leary as George Stacy and recently announced Campbell Scott as Peter Parker’s father.
The film is currently shooting using the latest RED EPIC 3D digital cameras.
