You’re cordially invited to watch the extended preview for NBC’s Hannibal, the newest TV incarnation chronicling the life of psychiatrist-turned serial killer, Dr. Hannibal Lecter – made famous in Jonathan Demme’s tour-de-force directorial effort, The Silence of the Lambs.
The actors have been assembled for their first table read, and shooting begins next week on the third season of BBC One’s fantastic modern day updating of the classic Victorian sleuth, Sherlock Holmes. However, unlike other shows which see 4 or 5 months between seasons – or in the case of cable shows that go on hiatus for almost a year; it’s been quite a while since viewers last saw Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman play Holmes and Watson.
Fans of HBO’s Game of Thrones are no doubt looking forward to season three of this epic show. In this new extended trailer there’s a few new scenes and dialogue that only heightens the expectation for the next adaptation of the George R.R. Martin series of novels.
The first trailer /featurette has been released for the upcoming A&E series, Bates Motel. The show serves as a prequel to Alfred Hitchcock’s classic film Psycho, with Freddie Highmore as a young Norman Bates and Vera Farmiga as his mother.
