After considerable development time and months of waiting, the first teaser of Marvel’s Captain America is finally here. Starring Chris Evans, the promo starts off with his character looking puny until he volunteers for a secret military experiment that transforms him into the bulked up physique Chris is famous for. If only those machines were a reality then workouts wouldn’t be necessary.
A lot of time has been put into bringing this comic book character to life and the teaser has an authentic vibe and fun perspective similar to the first ‘Iron Man’ movie. It’s from director Joe Johnston who previous flick ‘The Wolf Man’ was plagued with production issues, and he praised the team behind Captain America for giving him a truly enjoyable film-making experience that allowed him to do his job well. Judging from the preview it’s looks as if this gung-ho comic book flick may have the goods and could be worth catching on the big screen.
Check out the recent promo that aired during the Super Bowl which shows off the cool imagery of Hugo Weaving as the Red Skull, Stanley Tucci as Abraham Erskine, Tommy Lee Jones as Col. Chester Phillips, and Chris Evans before and after his transformation.
