Here’s an interesting bit of info, check out the IMDb STARmeter which is a sorted database of the most highly ‘sought’ after stars on the planet by the 100 million-plus IMDb users. Whilst some are still there others are notably absent via the comparison between years 2009 and 2010.

Funny Man Seth Rogen has laughed his way off the charts, and Twilght’s Robert Pattinson has traded the top spot with Johnny Depp who’s was 2010’s most search name. Batman’s Christian Bale held his position at no.7  whilst Mila Kunis’s profile has risen from No. 33 to No. 22. Leo DiCaprio made it into the top ten at number 4 whilst some actors have continued to be popular who have unfortunately left us, Heath Ledger’s body of work continues to dominate searches.

Newcomers to the Top 100 included Emma Stone (No. 24), Sam Worthington (No. 26), Amanda Seyfried (No. 34), Gemma Arterton (No. 43), Chris Hemsworth (No. 55) and Chloe Moretz (No. 59). Those who fell from the list since 2009 and possibly into the neutral zone of stardom are Nikki Reed (No. 15 ), Seth Rogen (No. 20), Hugh Jackman (No. 34), Peter Facinelli (No. 37) and Kellan Lutz (No. 39).

Head over to IMDb for a closer look at the STARmeter.
