Here’s an interesting video where Keanu Reeves talks about the chances of a third Bill and Ted movie. It’s been 20 years since their last excellent adventure and while things would’ve certainly changed, it could be fun revisiting the time travel story.
In the interview, Reeves mentions that he’s spoken to the screenwriters and a first draft should be ready by the end of May, and if it gets the attention of the studio we might just see another installment. Perhaps in today’s world, a new message of cosmic peace and blissful music is just what we need. If the proposed story sees them as 4o year old slackers or family men juggling responsibilities, a new legion of fans would join the die hards keen on seeing what Bill and Ted have been up to over the years.
Keanu Reeves new heist movie Henry’s Crime opens April 8th.
