Taylor Swift the 20 year old country singing sensation now has the accolade of becoming the second artist in the history of the Hot 100 to see multiple tracks enter the the top 5 in a calender year, billboard reports.

Her new single ‘Mine’ has jumped into the charts at number 3 in the rankings period for the week of August 12. From her new forthcoming Album “Speak Now” the single has pulled in almost 300,000 digital sales in just 2 and a half days. Her previous single ‘Today was a Fairytale’ released in February pulled similar figures +25000. Her highest rated sales was back in the week Christmas 08 for the Hit ‘Love Story’ which drew 360,000 downloads.
